As part of their Hungarian field trip of the “Biogeography of the Pannon region” course, students of University of Bonn arrived to visit the Hungarian Meadow Viper Conservation Centre. This is the 5th time students visit us with the leadership of their teacher, Dr. Wolfgang Boehme. We presented the operation of the facility to the 23 students and teachers, and they saw one of the near habitats of the vipers. The second day we invited the group to watch great bustards (Otis tarda). The professor, retiring this year, has been organizing this course and the following trip for 29 years.
